Tasting Notes | |
Oliver Klimek | Nose: Gentle smoke, a sea breeze, exotic spices, nutmeg in particular - Palate: Dry peat, a bit of sea water, nutmeg, pepper, a hint of dark chocolate - Finish: Long and spicy with the typical Talisker "chili catch" - Overall: A very fine whisky, perfect balance between peat and spice. |
