| Rich Howard | drifting wood smoke, field grasses, freshly mowed lawn, heaps of vanilla, cedar box, fresh tobacco, light gauze and a mist of disinfectant, lemon wedges and grilled orange slices. with a few drops of water, classic Laphroaig notes of medicine cabinet, vegetal peat, fresh bandages and quite some iodine. the palate is full of medicinal herbs, plenty of citrusy vanilla, light apple and powdered sugar. overall, more on the dry and slightly sourish side. a very nice Laphroaig for a hot summer day... |
