Tasting Notes
Oliver KlimekColour: Clear - Nose: Pears, apples, fresh bread dough, a bit sharp. - Palate: Neat: sharp, slightly fruity, a hint of cheese (!?). With water: the cheese is mostly gone, the fruit becomes stronger, pears and bread notes. - Finish: Long, fruity and a bit cheesy. - Overall: A bit of a strange beast this spirit is. In neat state, I felt reminded of the famous pears with gorgonzola dish, served with white bread. The overall alcohol bite is rather strong, even with water.
