Tasting Notes
Robert KarlssonFat fruity sweetness. Baked apples with cinnamon on top. Good stuff. In balance with the nose. Sweet fruits in domination and with lingering spices in the aftertaste. Not the longest but a very good one.
Rich Howardapples and apple skins, hints of fresh orange, hints of honey, fresh cream, a light backdrop of oak on the tail. the palate follows suit, mostly unsweetened apple, also some orange citrus, a light dash of milk, moving fairly quickly to a woody finish. a drop of water brings out more citrus, maybe some apricot, still gently oaky on the tail. the palate is too diffuse now, mostly with splashes of citrus and those milky nose. summary: light notes of fresh citrus with fresh cream, lightly oaky finish. don't add water.
