Tasting Notes
Johannes van den HeuvelNose: Starts off very subtle, but slowly reveals several layers of complexity. Cheese and old sweaty socks. Hint of mint. Spinach? Honey roasted ribs? I seem to detect some subtleness going on in the background, but this is my 8th dram of the evening, so my nose is largely burnt away by now. Palate: Surprisingly peaty - the nose doesn't give away any of that. Hot, long finish. Score: 82 points.
