Tasting Notes | |
Oliver Klimek | Colour: Dark gold - Nose: Burnt down bonfire, smoked ham, lemonized sea air. - Palate: Rather peaty, breakfast bacon, citrus fruit, cloves, nutmeg, a pinch of salt. - Finish: Very long and smoky. - Overall: This is a most enjoyable expression. Quite strong but not overwhelming peat combined with a nice fruitiness, rounded off with gentle spices. |
