| Craig Daniels | Nose: Nuts, toffee, cocoa, maple syrup and some old, dried seaweed. Palate: toffee, cocoa, nuts, burnt almonds, sour plums, leather. Finish: astringent sour fruit with an honor guard of nuts and soft leather. Comment: Would be a great cigar malt (although I haven't smoked since 1993). |
