Tasting Notes
Oliver KlimekColour: Bright amber - Nose: Needs time, raisins, apples, orange zest, vanilla, wood polish, hints of chicken broth, nutmeg and a faint dustiness. - Palate: Raisins, toasted nuts, orange zest, caramel, vanilla, hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. - Finish: Medium long, fruity and slighty spicy. - Overall: No sensational old malt, but a very interesting one. Especially on the nose there is a slight meatiness that is totally lost in today?s Singletons.
