Tasting Notes | |
Robert Karlsson | Some butterscotch, vanilla, green pears. Rounds off with time. Tastewise it holds together real well and a pure vanilla that turns somewhat dry dominates. Intense. A dusty aftertaste. |
Rich Howard | immediate notes of unsweetened raisins, maybe even a hair sour, and some plums, infused by orange citrus. the palate is pleasantly sweet with pears, plums and plenty of citrus. water transforms it more than expected, really supressing the fruit and bringing out warmer mid-tones of fresh warm bread, walnuts, candied pecans and vanilla. the palate has similarly warmed with herbal and nutty notes, but the citrus still infuses everything. very interesting transformation, but i think i like it better at bottled strength.
