| Tasting Notes | |
| Johannes van den Heuvel | Ooh! This is quite unique - the nose is peaty with lots of organics at C/S, but a whiff of citrus as well. Quite unique. Sweeter and a little floral on the palate with a big dry afterburn. On the palate it is not quite as complex as the nose suggests... |
| Robert Karlsson | Berried vanilla, laid-back smoke, blackcurrant leaves and some elder. Smoke intermingled. Thick thick berries, compact, fat. Quite special, granted you like berries and blackcurrants. Nice one. |
| Rich Howard | lovely, smooth and sweet on the nose, with plenty of fruit punch, both citrus and "red fruits", just keeps going and going, maybe with an undercurrent of some gentle notes of oak, a hint of smoke. the palate is quite sweet, just bursting with that tangy fruit punch. wow, a drop of water cuts right through that fruit punch, leaving mostly gently smoked wood and molasses, but the fruits do linger in the distance. the palate is a more equal mix of both elements now, the tangy fruit and the earthy molasses, still quite sweet. a second drop of water, and the nose and the palate get even a bit smokier. i like where this is going. summary: a very pleasant profile of tangy fruits, earthy molasses and whiffs of wood smoke. takes water well.
