Tasting Notes
Rich Howard	toasted cinnamon bread with raisins (lightly buttered), apple sauce with skins, hints of banana in the distance, a whiff of field grasses, and toasted spices, which are enhanced by a few drops of water. water also releases some gentle smokiness, oakiness and a hint of oatmeal. the reduced palate is grassy and moderately sweet with apple skins and a dash of lemon.
