| Tasting Notes | |
| Oliver Klimek | Colour: Bright amber - Nose: Very strong. Honey, apricots, creme brulee, vanilla, polished wood, hints of cinnamon. - Palate: Apricots, apple crumble, vanilla, toffee, milk chocolate, hints of cinammon and pepper. - Finish: Very long and fruity, only minimal wood spice. - Overall: A big single grain from the days when they still made it from maize. This gives it a touch of bourbon but with an overwhelming fruitiness and less wood despite its high age. |
