| Rich Howard | wet grass in summer, light clover, honeycomb, lightly infused with kerosene. with water, becomes very vegetal, wet leaves on a forest floor, a light fruitiness emerges that grows into tart lemon zest, unsweetened lemon juice. a very distinct lemon/lime profile with just a hint of salt... there's a notable suggestion of margarita in this bottling, but in a good way. |
