Tasting Notes
Oliver KlimekColour: Bright amber - Nose: Tropical fruit cocktail, honey, vanilla, hints of polished wood and just a trace of eucalyptus. - Palate: Honey, vanilla, dried banana, hints of pineapple, a touch of fresh herbs and a little chili pepper. - Finish: Long, slightly fruity and spicy. - Overall: A very good malt with a rich and slightly waxy mouthfeel. The nose is dominated by fruit while the palate is on the spicier side. It delivers a pretty vibrant performance for its age.
