| Ho-cheng Yao | A surprising "Heavily Peated" Caperdonich. Light yellow color, very peaty, quite some malty sweet, honey, seaweed, iodine, actually quite Islay style. animal and boggy. Light body, balanced, robust but rounded. Surprising good! |
