| Tasting Notes | |
| Oliver Klimek | Colour: Bright amber - Nose Strong medicinal peat smoke covering vanilla, pineapple and honey notes, liquorice and cloves. - Palate: Strong peat, lemon zest, grapefruit, pineapple. vanilla, liquorice, cloves, nutmeg, hints of pepper and salt. - Finish: Very long, smoky and slightly dry. - Overall: With a few drops of water this malt literally explodes into flavours. This outburst on the palate is backed up by a massive nose. |
