| Tasting Notes | |
| Robert Karlsson | An exciting smoky, spicy woody nose. Lively. Somewhat japaneese. Total balance tastewise. Smoke, spices, woody influence. Nice balance and real tasty. An earthy long aftertaste. Me like. |
| Rich Howard | a waft of moderate peat smoke, with an undercurrent of gingerbread, cinnamon, walnuts. wow, spicy, nutty peat, with a nice undercurrent of pinor noir and slightly sour cherry. the palate is brisk, smoky and sweet, with more smoke than the nose, sooty even, deep milk chocolate coated with nuts, and plenty of those spices and herbs. with a drop of water, there's a ton of chocolate on the nose, the kind with caramel and sea salt, fresh berries and cream, walnuts. wow, this is heaven; this is why i drink whisky.
