Tasting Notes
Robert Karlsson	To me a rather clear case of OBE. Is it mushroomy, meaty? Turns thinner with time unfortunately, but quite unique indeed. Taste is thinnish, but exciting, again with clear mushrooms but mostly in the aftertaste. A really odd bird.
