| Tasting Notes | |
| Robert Karlsson | Crispy dry style. Laid-back, a bit thin. Hints of mandarins. Figs? Yes, maybe. Decidedly tasty. The fruits are much more evident than from the nose. Still somewhat low in intensity and the fruits wont really rise to the occasion. Still good. |
| Rich Howard | on the nose, concord grapes, plums and figs, molasses, dark chocolate, a handful of twigs. the palate is moderately sweet at best, and offers plums, berries, dark chocolate and vanilla, and a hint of tobacco on the finish. the reduced nose offers fresh grapes, berries and vanilla. the palate is lighter and a bit sweeter now with plenty of fruit, also a bit tangy, plenty of oak and tobacco on the finish now. summary: deep fruits offset by lovely notes of molasses and dark chocolate. more magical without water.
