| Tasting Notes |
| Robert Karlsson | Nice sugared oranges, sweet and lively. Some tannins in there. Raspy, lively, woody influence, bourbony. Fresh on citrus and lime. |
| Craig Daniels | Nose: floral with icing sugar and some clean dustiness, then vanilla. Light and lifted
Palate; light and bright, hint of spirit bite.
Finish: sweet and slightly dusty. Pleasant, definitely an aperitif malt. |
| Rich Howard | light orange citrus dusted with powdered sugar, angelfood cake drizzled with buttery vanilla icing, with a handful of fresh berries tossed on top. the palate is quite a bit sweeter than the nose, more on the sugared citrus and vanilla icing, and less on the cake, a dash of toasted spices on the finish. a drop of water adds some grassy notes to the nose and accents the citrus, the vanilla icing is now a light orange glaze, and the cake is now a bit diminished here as well. the palate has more citrus, and is quite spicy now with cinnamon and toasted oak. summary: angelfood cake with vanilla citrus glaze and some spices. more interesting and complex without water.
