| Tasting Notes | |
| Robert Karlsson | Quite a bit of white smokiness. Although still a bit laid-back. Mandarins? Slight vanilla. Nice. Elegant? Young? Smokiness and some slightly sourly malty notes. Hm, easy to drink, of the simpler kind. |
| Rich Howard | a very creamy, herbal peat smoke on this one, a few green olives tossed in, with hints of orange creme, baked caramel and vanilla lurking. the palate is a bit less expressive and less impressive than the nose, and hits mostly with herbal peat, wet grass and sea water, and plenty of salty olives. a drop of water brings out cough drop herbs, still the salty green olives, and still the sweet cream and sweet vanilla. the palate is sweeter now, but even more diffuse, and still not as nice as the nose. summary: a fairly pleasant smoky and salty dram. if only the palate matched the nose...
