| Tasting Notes | |
| Oliver Klimek | Colour: Bright gold - Nose: Honey, roasted hazelnuts, lemon zest, vanilla, hints of bees wax. - Palate: Honey, mixed fruit cocktail, vanilla, green tea, ginger and a little pepper. - Finish: Very long and fruity but ending in a suprising hint of mature cheese. - Overall: Full-bodied and richly flavoured, this fruity malt is mature without feeling old. It does not really need water, but a few drops bring out more spices. |
