| Tasting Notes |
| Oliver Klimek | Colour: Bright amber -
Nose: Sausage on a stick over a bonfire on the beach with some tyres thrown in. -
Palate: Peat, smoked ham, hints of cherries and blackberries, slightly salty. -
Finish: Long, smoky and slightly fruity. -
Overall: The sherry is well noticeable and is taming the rough distillery character a little. Quite smooth on the palate despite the 48% and not as medicinal as the 10 yo. |
