| Tasting Notes | |
| Oliver Klimek | Colour: Pale straw - Nose: Almost like yellow grappa Nardini, honey, bee's wax, also slightly floral and later a slight whiff of smoke comes up. - Palate: Spring flower honey, nuts, lemon zest, ginger, pepper, but also minimally meaty. - Finish: Long, fruity and spicy. - Overall: This rare light-bodied dram has a great nose, but the palate is a little too spicy to make it a truly great whisky. |
