Tasting Notes
Robert KarlssonVery dry initially. Edgy/lively white pepperyness. A bit burnt style on the smoke. Hm, hints of milk chocolate, tasty. Is there a hint of gundpowder in there also? Tastewise real attractive, rounder than expected. Some blackcurrants in the vanilla actually, well hidden however. Good one.
Rich Howardleather, light wood, vanilla malt powder, mineral spirits, freshly mowed grass, green apple, very light cherry, actually an intriguing mix of sweet and sour cherries, hints of lemon and lime, distinct light tobacco, like an unlit Cuban cigar (natural wrapper), and wet stones on the sea shore. with time and water, it's very malty (plenty of oat cakes), iodine rub/tincture, ginger cake, a gentle nuttiness (walnut?), with apples and apple skins. wow, there's quite a lot going on for me here, once i take the time to tease it all out...
