Tasting Notes
Robert KarlssonAn edgy style, hard bread, dry, peaty. And lime? Interesting nose that does well with time. Tastewise surprisingly drinkable, a bit berryish vanilla. Tasty, nice composition, salty.
Oliver KlimekNose: Smoke, ham, slightly medicinal, gets stronger with a bit of water, then citrus notes emerge - Palate: Mild peat, spicy tannines, medicinal influence gets stronger with water, both a bit salty and sweet - Finish: Very long and salty-sweet - Overall: No peat monster but perfectly balanced with the wood influence caused by long maturation. Both complex and subtle as no aroma tries to dominate.
