| Craig Daniels | Medium dark brown cream sherry colour. Nose has varnish, dessicated coconut, lamingtons, chocolate rum balls. Palate is quite bitey with highish alcohol, french polish and some sour stone fruits (peaches and plums). Stays quite bitey even with water. Finish is long, lingering medium sherried and slightly sour. |
